2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer – Redline: First Look – 2019 LA Auto Show

After a 12 year hiatus, the #ChevroletTrailblazer is back in America but it’s a very different car versus the old version. Gone is the bulky size and thirsty 6 and 8 cylinder engines. The new #Chevrolet #Trailblazer takes a lot of styling cues from the larger Blazer and rides on the same platform as the all-new Buick Encore GX. Under the hood, you’ll find a choice of two turbo 3-cylinder engines and a look that says more urban SUV versus rock crawler.

  1. Oh wahhh wahh its only a three cylinder wahhh wahhh it has a cvt. Ok? This isnt a sports car, nor is it trying to be anything more than what they built it for: a fuel efficient family vehicle. What makes you guys feel that every single car needs a ton of horsepower and a manual or its a bad vehicle, especially things like a budget crossover? You guys are morons

  2. Dear Friends!!!!! This is a very important message. Anyone who buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into the trash is very large. In this company there is no customer service, the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help will come faster. GM is a very dangerous company, be careful and keep your money safe.!!!👎👎👎👎👎😬👎😬👎👎

  3. It's the same size and shape as a Chevy Equinox why GM bring back the 2003 Chevrolet trailblazer big bold widebody full body on frame with updated technology my 02 gmc envoy is bigger than that I think it just waste of money why chevy keep making there's suv crossovers smaller consumers want big wide full body on frame crossover SUV V8

  4. Nice color but too small suv should have been wide body more square body very roomy 3rd row seat ton of legroom where is the performance V8 SUVs and crossovers that good big block American muscle

  6. Nicely done video. Thanks for mentioning your height – that's very helpful to know in relation to headroom, and seat height when getting in /out of a vehicle.
I'm getting tired of my Subaru Crosstrek. It sits higher than a sedan, but I'm at the point where I want something a little higher than the Crosstrek.

  7. The larger Blazer should have gone to RWD/AWD like the 2020 Explorer. The Ford Explorer handles better than its last years model with steering well weighted in RWD form, longer wheelbase and better ride. I don’t care for either the Blazer or Trailblazer’s FWD design but interiors look good. Explorer IMO is just over priced and has acres of interior plastic, fake rear exhaust pipes. If GM would have gone to RWD and offered its new 6 cyl diesel, it wild have owned this market. Instead, these two SUVs remain anonymous. Ford could offer its clean diesel in the Explorer and thus would take lead in MPG.

  8. Another Lexus Grille copy cat. Why does Chevy do this? Chevy should come up with it's own grille signature. I cannot believe that they just copy lexus grille and paste them into their cars.

  9. Omg, does the rear seat recline? Either say it does, or confirm that it doesn't! I hate when I watch your videos and you don't mention whether the rear seat slides and/or reclines.

  10. I love how everyone blames gm. They can’t put a v6 in everything. They have to meet cafe standards. Thank your politicians

  11. GM in general is just a shit brand that we should’ve let sink during the recession. They are literally the worst car company I could think of, with their cash grubbing practices and constant rebadging of their cars. They’re is absolutely zero difference between vehicles with a GMC and Chevrolet badge. Just compare the Chevy Suburban with the GMC Yukon Denali and the Cadillac Escalade to see what I mean. They butchered promising brands like Saturn due to their own cash grubbing. The way I see it, if you want a semi-reliable and practical American vehicle; buy a Ford. If you want a badass but not so reliable American vehicle, buy a Dodge/Jeep.

  12. The bad old GM returns. Using the Trailblazer name on this vehicle was a mistake. The previous Trailblazer was a mid sized, body on frame, locking center differential vehicle. This isn't close. A 1.3L 3 cylinder as the up rated powertrain is a tad too small. That 9 speed transmission better be special and durable to make up for the lack of power. Naming and maximum output aside, this wouldn't be too bad of a vehicle. The Kia Seltos in top trim makes better sense than the comparable Trailblazer although is has less visual appeal.

  13. As much as people complain why don't we just complain about getting rid of the audio controls on the back of the steering wheel

  14. What was chevy thinking. Back in the day . Chevy should've went BIG remember Ford is coming out with the BRONCO and this is built of a car platform. Come on CHEVY still behind

  15. Why they call it trailblazers? It smaller than the just blazer and it blaze no trailer.

International market gets a real trailblazer,a real body on gram suv based on Colorado with 3.5 v6 gasoline motor or 2.8 duramax Diesel engine

  16. I love that you say at 5 foot 7 There's a lot of room no shit my kids are 5 7 and they're 13 there's always room for somebody who's 5 7 stop with that theirs room under the hood / bonnet for someone whos 5 7

  17. What a JOKE compared to the original trailblazer name, where is this thing made… China? like some other GM vehicle's.
